Attic Dweller

~he likes the attic. we're not sure why. even when it gets cold, he goes up in the attic barefoot and looks through all the old junk. sometimes he just sits up there for hours. whenever i check up on him, i find him smiling contentedly at nothing in particular, shining his flashlight into dark corners. ~

i wish our house had a proper attic. the only thing up there is a family of squirrels.
