it's Kai, the adorable assassin ninja, a character of EmptyShadow's ([link])

he tried so hard to grow that flower..... for his voodoo buddy....
who is for some reason currently hanged. and the flower's not doing so well, either.

Kai worked really hard to figure out what to say, too.

he's a bit too short...... huh, can't be fixed now.
